Booking & Important Information

Certain conditions or circumstances may mean I might not be able to treat you currently.

By booking an appointment, you are confirming that:-

- you do not have a DVT (deep vein thrombosis/blood clot)
- you do not have any medical tests or procedures planned within 48 hours following your treatments (this   

  would be relevant for each booked session)

- you do not have severe cellulitis
- you do not have any contagious or infectious disease (including Covid)
- you are not currently receiving cancer treatment
- you do not currently have fractures or severe injuries affecting your feet / ankles
- you do not have a widespread foot infection which may prevent a foot reflexology treatment
- you have not had surgery within the last 6 months

- you do not have epilepsy (unless it is well controlled but please let me know).

If in doubt, please contact me to book an enquiry call to discuss further. 

 If you have a complex medical condition (s), please book an enquiry call or get in touch first so we can discuss your current health situation to ensure it is safe and appropriate for me to treat. 

 If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or undertaking fertility treatment, I will still be able to treat you in most circumstances. However, please book an enquiry call or get in contact for a discussion of your current situation to ensure it is safe and appropriate for me to treat. 

Sherborne Clinic is situated on the flat with parking available. 

Chard Clinic is located over two floors.  If you require a ground floor treatment room, please let me know. There is a public car park opposite the building across the road.  

 I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make a previously arranged appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation in advance of your appointment. This will allow me to free up the appointment for another client.

If cancelling more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, there is the option to have your appointment cost refunded or transferred to a future appointment. This will be client choice.

Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment will result in 100% of your appointment cost being retained.

However, if your cancelled appointment slot is subsequently rebooked by another client within the 48 hour cancellation window, your appointment cost will be refunded in full.
